Early Thursday, July 29, 2021, Arcressia “Charline” Connor answered the Lord’s call. Arcressia “Charline” Connor was born on May 31, 1929 in Kaufman, Texas to the parentage of Cleola Wagoner and Johnny McNary, who preceded her in death. This God-fearing woman accepted God as her personal Lord and savior at an early age. Arcressia “Charline” united with the St. John Baptist Church. Later, she united with the Cornerstone Baptist C.O.C. under the leadership of Pastor Wilson. Arcressia “Charline” memories will be cherished by her sister, Elva Rita Warren of Dallas, TX; aunt, Allie May Wilson of Terrell, TX; uncle, Sammy Wilson Jr. of Dallas, TX; nephews, Rev. Robert D. Smith II (Karen) of Austin, TX, Dr. Reiland Rabaka of Boulder, CO, Dwight Clewis of California and Anthony Whitmill (Murlean) of Dallas, TX; nieces, Mary Lou Humble Franklin (Roger) of Dallas, TX, Arletha Hubbard of Dallas, TX; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
