C ELEBRATING THE L IFE OF

A NNIE “M ADEAR ” B LAIR was born in Wortham Texas on August 26, 1934 to the parents of Will and Elner Taylor both parents preceded her in death. Annie Blair was a deeply loved member of Metro South Winds Fellowship who left an everlasting mark on the lives of those who knew her. Annie spent her childhood in Mexia, Texas. As an adult, she loved taking her children to Mexia to share in her childhood memories. Annie had many accomplishments throughout her life and her most treasured accomplishments was being able to work with children and her boundless compassion for children whether young children or older children began at an early age and continued throughout her life. She was preceded in death by nine brothers: Joe Willie, James, Nathaniel, Odell, Leroy, Lonnie, Fred, Robert, Edward; one sister: Elner Jean Smith; one grandson: Timothy Paul Skinner. She leaves to cherish her memories brother: Alvin Taylor (Denise); sons: Raymond Blair, Harold Blair and Paul Blair; one daughter: Sharon Blair Ellis; five grandchildren: Harold Marcus Blair Jr. (2), Crystal Blair, Denzell Blair (2), Dominique Chism (2) and Daniel Skinner (4); ten great-grandchildren. Annie departed her earthly walk on August 17, 2023 at the age of 88 years of age.
