Benny Earl Rayson was forty seven years old. Born November 8, 1974, to Joyce Evelyn Rayson and he died unexpectedly on August 18, 2022.

He is survived by his mother, Joyce Evelyn Rayson and sister, Sumetra Nicole Rayson, his children; Christopher Earl Rayson, first born son, Jaylon Royce Smith, second born son and and Sierra Chenay Royal, his daughter. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Wilmer Hutchins High School. He started working at a very young age and had all types of various jobs, ending with the United States Postal Service in 2012.

We shared the fondest of memories of his lifetime. He was one of the kindest people you could meet. He opened his heart to all that he met and he will be sorely missed.

Benny, you were our protector always. We depended on you so much. There was no one like you and never will be. You were unselfish and kindhearted to us especially more like a father figure than anything else. We love you Uncle, always and forever.

Benny you were my only brother, but also my friend. You had the biggest heart and were truly a caring and happy person. There is not enough words that I can express to make everyone see what I saw. Although you are gone, you will be missed dearly, but never forgotten. I will always remember your warm smile which will keep me uplifted throughout our time apart and until I see you again, I love you with all my heart and soul, in this world and the next.
