Life Reflections We are here to celebrate the life of Bobbie Jean Bowen Christopher. Sunrise: June 22, 1930, Sunset: October 18, 2023. When our mother passed away giving birth, she became a proud sister and at the same time, a mother to us her younger siblings. Bobbie loved Country Music and she loved Gospel Music. She taught all of us to respect people no matter what, to share our joys and bare each others pain together, to keep it real.

God Saw You

Bobbie Jean Bowen Christopher was one of ten children; Fred Bowen, Jr, Charlene Bowen, Clyde Bowen, Houston Bowen, Henry Bowen, Leona Bowen (all deceased).

Surviving siblings; Bill Bowen, located at the Veterans Center in Washington, D.C. and Alpha Mae Bowen Ewings located in Long Beach, CA, Bobbie Jean. She had no children, yet from all of her siblings there were so many nieces and nephews generated that they all became her children in so many ways. Family was important to her and she was always there for her family. Well she ’ s having fun now because she ’ s up in Heaven dancing with her brothers and sisters. My brother Bill and I could not be there today because of Doctor ’ s advice. We love you guys always, Bowen family forever.

Alpha Mae Bowen Ewings.
