Clinton Hawkins III Program
Don’t be afraid, because I am with you. Don’t be intimidated: I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will support you with my victorious right hand. I SAIAH 41:10 C LINTON H AWKINS III, was born in Dallas, TX. He was the first-born son to Alison and Clinton Hawkins Jr. and was known to many as “Tre”. He began playing baseball at age 7 for the Dallas Angels Youth, a select baseball team. Baseball was his passion for many years, he went on to play for the Carter Cowboys and then later at Mountain View College. He was a proud Native American and a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota. He was immensely proud of both of his Native American and African American heritages. He loved playing dominoes with his family, videos with his bother and father, and watching movies and comedy tv shows. He would spend time with his brother Bradley listening to music and catching up with his daughter Chloe’s daily activities. He had a passion for cooking and loved to make you laugh. He is survived by his daughter Chloe’ Hawkins, his brother, Bradley Hawkins, parents Alison and Clinton Hawkins Jr, his nephew Bradley Hawkins II (LilB) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Lessons They said one of the main thing’s dads provide are Life Lessons Now that I think about everything he did had a secret message Today I will share a few lessons I picked up Lesson #1: Smile even if the sky is gray Anyone who knows my dad knows he would always smile even on his worst days. I know that is hard especially in times like these. But you should seize every moment because life is not a guarantee. Lesson #2: Judge no one
My dad never saw less than or more than, he only saw equal. That’s the thing he always brought out, the good in people. He listened to everyone’s story with an unbiased ear. So, it was so easy to confide in him with no fear. I hope one day we could all do the same.
