To My Granny... Words can't express how I am feeling right now!! They say you are in a better place, you are with my mom and granddad and cutting up with Aunt Constance, but truth be told I would rather you be here with me. I miss our little one on one dinners. I miss coming back from a trip and running to tell you about it and how we would laugh about my antics!! I will miss hearing you call me TraTra because that was YOUR name for me!! I will miss so much about you!! I am so blessed to have had 55 years with you and thank you for everything, from the trips to Arthur Treachers when I was younger to me bringing you Kentucky Fried Chicken and cokes when I got older!! I miss you so much granny!! Try to rest now, I know it may be hard because you have your hands full with my mom and all the family that is there to welcome you!! I want to say so much more but they said to make it short. Thank you, granny. Thank you so much!! I love you forever and ever Grand T!! Grandma, I'm so lucky to have so many wonderful memories of you. We used to have the most fun during our summers in NYC. On Saturdays, we'd wake up, have hot tea, and watch wrestling. You're still the reason I choose tea over coffee any day. You taught me how to play Chinese checkers and so many other fun games and activities. You could always light up a room with your smile and feistiness. You supported and celebrated your family always. You loved me unconditionally, and you loved my friends and growing family as if they were your own. You are forever in my heart. ~ Domonique Auntie Thank you for your love and wisdom.
