Until there came a day

I found a friend in Jesus

To lead and show the way.

My feeling of sheer hopelessness

And, too, the hand of fear.

Became replaced with hope and faith

Because I found him near

My life is for more brighter,

More rich in every way.

Ever since I met dear Jesus

And walk with him each day.
