It was my time to leave, as each of us will do. Although not in your arms, I ’ m always in your heart. The precious love we shared, means we ’ re never far apart.

Cynthia Ann Martinez was born in Dallas, TX on May 17, 1967 to her mother Mamie Borrego and her father Cruz P. Martinez. She graduated from W. H. Adamson High School in 1985. To many family and friends she went by Cindy, her aunts, uncles and cousins called her picos. Cindy had three children Mamie Marie Martinez, Cruz P. Martinez, Erica Ann Martinez and two fur babies Mia and Bonnie who she loved so much. Cindy was very active in sports growing up, she worked at Ulta Beauty Distribution Center as an order picker. She loved her Dallas Cowboys and watching WWE wrestling. She lived life to the fullest, enjoyed going to the game rooms, casino with her daughter, son in law, niece Michelle and nephew Javi and always doing something around the house. Cindy is preceded in death by her father Cruz P. Martinez; daughter Erica Ann Martinez; brother Adam Ray Borrego; sister Lisa B. Martinez and grandparents. Cindy ’ s memories will be cherished by her son Cruz P. Martinez; daughter Mamie Martinez (Roderick Reagan); her grandchildren: Rafael Barron Jr; Jonathan Barron; Giovanni Barron; Jessie Marie Carrillo; mother: Mamie Borrego; brother: Cruz P. Martinez Jr. and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
