R EMEMBERING
Cynthia Thompson - Harrison left this earthly realm, peacefully on Thursday June 30, 2022. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, Grandmother and devout Christian. She belonged to Macedonia Baptist Church and was introduced to Christ at an early age. As all Christians know, the walk is not easy but Cynthia knew to "walk by faith and not by sight". With her husband by her side, they walked with Christ and faced the challenges of life as a God fearing team. Cynthia was born on November 21, 1958 in Hartford, CT, raised in South Carolina, and graduated from Wichita State University with honors. She met and married her husband of 18 years, Chris Harrison, in 2002. Cynthia was predeceased by her father and step - father, John Haynes and George Randoff. She leaves behind: her husband, Chris; daughters, Crystal and Tiaisha; step - daughters, Chequira & Chrislya; loving mother, Geraldine; brother, Rev. Curtis and Jacquelyn Govan; uncle, Ronald; grandson, Mecca Feli Owens; great - grandson, Mecca Feli Owens Jr.; and a host of nieces & nephews.
In this celebration of her life we are to remember Psalm 116:15 "Precious in the sight of The Lord is the death of his Saints.”

With our sincere gratitude and appreciation, we would like to take a moment to say "Thank you." Perhaps you sent a card, flowers, or something to eat. Whatever it was, we greatly appreciate it. If you lifted us up in prayer, God lifted us in our souls. The memories you shared with us regarding our Cynthia were heard and taken to heart. Whatever act of kindness you provided to us, was truly appreciated. - - Special acknowledgment to Golden Gate Funeral Home, Rev. Curtis Govan, Rev. Thomas Arly, Geraldine Randoff, Chequira Rigsby and Family, Bexar St. Baptist Church and those of you who kept the family lifted in prayer
