Debra Kay Williams-Casteel was born on April 22, 1965, to the parentage of Kenneth Williams and Doris Whitlock in Dallas, Texas. Debra excepted Christ at an early age at Jordan Missionary Baptist Church and later in her adult life she joined Bon Air Baptist Church. Debra Kay Williams received her formal education in the Dallas Independent School District, where she attended South Oak Cliff High School, with the Class of ‘83. She worked in Customer Service as her first job, then received certification for Cosmetologist, Medical Coding & Billing and Tax Preparer. In her leisure time Debra loved spending time with her Mister riding around and spending time with family and friends. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of thirty one years Keith Casteel, four sons Chanceton Robinson, KeiLon Casteel, Dezmon Casteel and Keiron Casteel, two granddaughters Chalyse Robinson and Megan Robinson and an additional of eight other grandchildren, two brothers Darryl Williams (Tracy) and Kevin Williams (Demetric), sister Gaytra Whitaker-Parks, special nieces April Williams, Arianna, Mar’Kyia, Shemariah, Gabrielle and nephews Bryshon Williams and Mark II, two Aunts Cornelia Turner and Carolyn Wilkerson, Mother-in-law Mattie Casteel, two sisters-in-laws; Toya Casteel-Green and Deirdre Crouch and five brothers-in-law Alfred Casteel Jr, Vincent Casteel, Kenneth Crouch, Michael Casteel and Greg Casteel and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, aunts and uncles, family and friends. Debra departed her life on October 19, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Doris Williams and sister Vanessa.
