I don’t know how you found the strength to be there for everyone, but you always did it with so much love. You were smart, kind and you stood out in every room you entered. I’ll never forget your smile, your hugs and even that prickly beard. I remember on my 21st birthday you told me “Stop growing up you’re hurting me” that’s just the type of person you were. Thank you for all the memories, never-ending advice or support with jokes and laughs. You will live on forever in our heart’s cousin. I promise to hold on to our family the way you did, because you were the glue that kept us all together. And I’ve got your kids for life, just like you would want.
