Paw Paw your purpose has been fulfilled. Our superman gets to rest. From the first generaƟon of GRAND - CHILDREN, we got to witness a true superhero who was armed with ice cream, girl scout cookies, wisdom and uncondiƟonal love. You taught us self - love, faith, accountability, and just being a good person. Even when no one is looking. Just to do the right thing. Oh, and let’s not forget. You can’t be a Williams if you’re not a Dallas Cowboys die heart fan. Whether our Ɵme spent with you was frequent or occasionally. You were an inspiraƟon to us ALL. Paw Paw, words cannot express what you mean to us and the impact you’ve had on our lives. For some of us you were the only father figure we had. You did a great job, and just know your bloodline and legacy lives on through us - Steven, W’Tekia, W’Tisha, Eric, Erica, Tyreeq, Tevariz, Cornelius, Keyona, Wona, Quinten, Sean, Kenya, and Jordan. “A legacy is not what you did for yourself, it’s what you did for the next generaƟon.” (Vitor Belfort) We thank you Grandfather and will conƟnue to carry the torch.

This is ‘‘see you later’’ for now to our beloved Great - Grandfather or as we would say Big Papi or Big Paw Paw. One thing about our grandfather, he did not play when it came to his great grandchildren. It was just one of him, but somehow, he made things work and was just genuinely happy to be there for us. We can’t remember all the presents or giŌs, but one thing we know for sure is Big Papi WAS THERE. He listened when we needed an ear, showed up when we needed support, and was a shoulder to cry on if we were having a bad day. Our hearts are happy that you get to go on to the next mission God has for you. Learning to live without you may take some Ɵme, because we miss you dearly.
