The Broken Chain

Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent a floral piece, if so, we saw it there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as any friend could say. Perhaps youwere not there at all, just thought of us that day. Whatever the part, may God forever bless each of you.

We knew little that morning that God Was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone; For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, Your love is still our guide; And though we can not see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same; But as God calls us one by one, THE CHAIN will link again.

Ivoring Joe Hamilton was born February 7, 1961 in Brownwood Texas to Rosa Mae Hamilton and Joe Louis Hamilton. He attended Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Dallas Independent School District. He was the oldest out of six siblings. He was raised in the Church of God. He was known as a happy, kindhearted, and loving person. He never complained and always had a smile on his face. He was full of life and lived his life to the fullest. He was a beautiful spirit and everyone that he would meet he would leave a lasting impression on. He leaves to cherish his memory: Parents, Rosa Mae Hamilton and Joe Louis Hamilton; two sisters, Teresa Hamilton and Sherry Hogg; three brothers, Joel Hamilton, Terry Hamilton and Anthony Hamilton, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
