Jesse had a huge friendly spirit along with a great smile and sense of humor sometimes too much! He was employed at AT&T then moved on to drive long haul for J.B. Hunt until his health started to decline. He was a member of the Full Gospel Holy Temple headquarters as a child. Within the last 7 years his health declined leaving him needing a heart and a kidney transplant. He made the list at #4 but God’s plans and thoughts are not ours and he called him home. Leaving behind to cherish his memories: wife, Shirley; two daughters, LaTasha Harvey (Kennedth Harvey) and Alicia “Nicky” Medlock (KristopherMedlock); eight grandchildren, Jessica, LaDarion, Jazzmin, Kyree, Darrell Jones II, Kristain, Chelsea and Khloe; his little sister Sheila “Sheek”; six great grandchildren; six nephews; one niece; two great nieces; middle brother, Tony; his best buddy, Gerald Lynn Hamilton; and aunts, cousins and a plethora of friends! He loved the Lord and submitted himself to the Lord before leaving this world for eternal life with the Lord. We already feel a tremendous loss but we know as Apostle Paul said, We are confident that it is better to be absent from the body and be present with the Lord. Amen!!!
