J O A NN T HOMPSON was born to the parentage of Joe Tom Thompson and Opal Estell Davis on August 20, 1944 in Dallas, TX. She accepted Christ at an early age. She attended school at DISD, which she later became a dedicated, loyal Food Technician for thirty years at DISD (George Washington Carver Learning Center). She later met and married Mr. Billy Ray Fuller (Paw-Paw). She leaves to cherish her memory: one son, Gregory Thompson (Cynthia), four daughters; Elizabeth Ann McCullough, Ravenida Lashawn Thompson, Tammy Thompson (Staycee Pfiel), Shaland Thompson-Doyle; nine grandchildren, Mieshea Pruitt-Roddy (Timothy), Shakya Thompson, Jimmy Thompson (Natasha), Dymon Thompson, Nepheteria Thompson, Tenila Thompson, Kenedra Morgan, LaKesha Thompson, Tymia Doyle, one special friend, Angela Durham; one sister, Jannie Jackson; three brothers, Joe Tom Thompson, Howard Thompson (Jaquetta), Nelson Williams; a host of great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her five sisters; two brothers; and one great-granddaughter, Eve Z. Jammer.
