Joe Nathan Kelley born October 8, 1963 to Tim Kelley and Mary Sample.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents; Troy and Mary Sample, sisters; Renee and Shirley Kelley, and aunt, Redella Poullard.

Joe grew up in Oak Cliff and graduated from W.H. Adamson in 1982. He was employed by Veterans Affairs (V.A.) for twenty years and retired in 2020.

Joe was a great father to his daughters, Sada, JoeAnn and Ashley, that he shared with Shirley Green.

He loved hanging with his family, taking his girls to Friday Night Live Wrestling and bowling. Joe had a contagious (infectious) smile and sense of humor. Joe loved to dress himself down in his Sunday best and “ flash a good picture ”. Joe leaves to cherish his memories: brother, Ray (Minnie) Kelley, sister, Yolanda (Jeff) Hamilton, daughters; Sada (Prentiss) Bizor, JoeAnn (Demarcus) Jones, Ashley (Edward) Reed, niece, Bioncca Jackson, grandchildren; Arianna, Julius, Kanise, Rayha, Saniyah, Kahya, Braelyn, Demarcus Jr., ZaDarian and Zaniah, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
