Life Reflections Joseph A Hart (Tio Joe) was born in Taft, TX on November 17, 1949 to the parents of Dale Hart and Francis Olivia Zepeda. Tio Joe (candy man) the hero, as he was known by everyone that knew him, he was a fun, loving, caring man. He was always making people laugh. He served in the US Army as military police. His heroic acts include helping to save residents of a burning hotel. He will be missed dearly. He is preceded in death by his mother Oliva Zepeda, his step - father Simon Zepeda, his brother Bene Villarreal, his nephew Benji Garcia, Mike Wilczynski, brother in law. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his daughter Bonnie Garraway, granddaughters, Brianna and Mackenzie Garraway of Ohio. His brother Raymond Torres (Estella) from Florida. His sister Helen Wilczynski of Corpus Christi, TX. His special sister Rose Garcia (Tony) who was also his best friend. His special niece Christina Garcia who helped care for him. Many other loving nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Titan.
