Julieta Russell Allen, was born July 3, 1939, to the parents of Mr. Arthur Pomare and Mrs. Iris Maltilda Mitchell Pomare of Colo’n The Republic of Panama. Julieta Allen, a petite, but vivacious woman, was adored and beloved by her family, friends, and community. As a faithful believer in God, she cultivated a life of servitude. As a member of Christ Trinity M.B.C., a mother and homemaker, nurses aide and DISD worker, she always found ways to engage in acts of service. As a social butterfly, she enjoyed attending parties as well as catering and decorating, she was always fashionable. Her bold, yet gracious spirit engendered people toward each other. She was affectionately called mom by many; her heart for others was unmatched. Surely, her fiery and loving disposition will be missed. We take comfort that she is at peace and home with the Lord. She is preceded in death by her beloved and beautiful daughter, Sandra Allen-Washington. She is survived by her husband, Cleo Allen, Sr., her four sons; Ray (Kimberly) Allen of Nashville, TN., Leo (Paula) Allen of Terrell, TX., Cleo Allen, Jr., of Dallas TX., Gregory Allen of Dallas, TX., daughter, Lillie (Keith) Reed of Tylsa, OK., brother, Leroy (Lucy) Russell of Florida, sister, Cynthia (Gilbert) Howard of Dallas, TX., cousin Marquesa Jones of Dallas, TX. To all my loved ones My family, my friends, The road I have traveled Has come to a end. I started on This journey one day; The Lord was with me Every step of the way. Some days I'd get tired And so very weak But I thank the Lord For taking care of me. I fought a good fight I kept the faith I am ready to enter The pearly white gates. As I came To the end of the road. God placed on my shoulders A beautiful white robe. I began to smile And look all around He placed on my head A golden crown.
To all my loved ones everything is all right; My name is written In The Lamb's Book of Life.
