Kimberly Lashalle Hayden came into the world on July 19, 1964 in Texarkana, Texas. She gained her wings and transitioned on Oct 20, 2022. She was born to Katherine Hayden and John Black, both of whom preceded her in death. Kim was blessed with one child, Kiwaniki Bershall Hayden. Kiwaniki was the love of her life. However, God loved her more and called her home at the age of 15. Kimberly graduated from Liberty Eylau High School in Texarkana, Texas. While there, she excelled in basketball and volleyball. After graduation, Kim became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a local nursing home. Her desire and love to help others came natural to her. Kimberly was a member of the Greater St. John Primitive Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. Over the past few years, Kim has grown closer to God and strengthened her faith. She leaves to cherish her memory: her brother, Derrick Hayden (Yolanda) of Red Oak, Texas, her sister, LaToya Buster - McCaskill (David) of Cottondale, AL, four aunts; Arstella Owens of Dallas, Texas, Shirley Dansby and Sharon Stewart (Wallace) of Texarkana, TX., Patricia Stuckey of Nash, Texas, three uncles; Reverend Arley Thomas, Jr. of Dallas, Texas, Lloyd Buster (Edwina) of Wills Point, Texas, Kelvin Buster, Sr., (Alicia) of Shreveport, LA., and a host of other relatives and a special friend/caretaker Ms. Annie.

Don ’ t remember me with sadness, Don ’ t remember me with tears, Remember all the laughter, We ’ ve shared throughout the years. Now I am contented That my life it was worthwhile, Knowing that I passed along the way I made somebody smile. When you are walking down the street And you ’ ve got me on your mind, I ’ m walking in your footsteps Only half step behind.

So please don ’ t be unhappy Just because I ’ m out of sight, Remember that I ’ m with you
