L EON F OUNTAIN was born on July 25, 1950 to the late Joan Crawford and Leo Fountain in Center, Texas. Leon graduated from J. S. Clark High School in 1968 and went on to honorably serve our country in the U.S. Air Force. Leon went on to marry Barbara Todd on November 9, 1970, and they were blessed with two children, the late Brayn Fountain and Valerie Fountain Brown. Leon was preceded in death by both his parents; his former wife, Barbara; and their beloved son, Brayn Fountain. (Michael); his daughter-in-law, Jacqueline Fountain; his five grandchildren, Joshua Fountain (Kayden), Monique Fountain Evans (Taylor), Briyon Fountain Spencer (LaDarian), Michaela Brown, and Mekhi Brown; his three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; his two brothers, Milton McClelland and Keith Fountain; his three sisters, Sharon Baker, LaJuanah Fountain, and Jessica Faye Fountain. Leon is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Leon’s kindness, love, and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Leon leaves to treasure his memories of love and compassion: his beloved daughter, Valerie Brown
