Marcus Wayne Sanders

Marcus Wayne Sanders was born on June 12, 1963 in Henderson Texas to the parentage of Burnis Jr. and Lois Ann Sanders. He was the sixth child out of nine children. At a young age he was a member of Whippoorwill Church of the Living God in Henderson, Texas. Later in life he transitioned his membership to Rock Salvation Missionary Baptist Church. He was a man of faith with family and friends. Marcus was a 1982 graduate of Henderson High School (Go Lions). He had a gifted hand for landscaping, hardworking ethic, and always well groomed. Also, he was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and uncle. Preceding him in death were his parents; Burnis Jr and Lois Ann Sanders, his grandparents Burnis Sr. and Mary Ethel Sanders and Mamie McCoy, sisters; Lucinda (Cindy) Moreland, Charlotte Renee Sanders, Theressa Ann Newman, brothers; James Sanders, Danny Sanders, Norris Sanders, Timothy Sanders )Jacqueline and sister, Jerrie Pruitt. Marcus leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Ronda Sanders, his children; Leroy Bryant (Shamequia, Justin Bryant, Marcus Jones, Shaquela Stanley, Shaquina Stanly, Truvonsio Warren (Sierra) Shekeitha Stanley, Garrick Sanders, aunts; Bernice Terry (Harris), Jacqueline McCoy, fifteen grandchildren, four great - grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
