Mrs. Patricia Ann (Rasberry) Kemp, the daughter of the late Albert Rasberry Sr. and Frankie Mae (Johnson) Rasberry, was born on November 23, 1955 in Vernon Texas. She was the seventh child of that union. Pat passed suddenly from this life on Thursday morning, June 23, 2022 at her home in Dallas, Texas at the age of 66. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert Rasberry Sr, Frankie Mae Johnson Rasberry Irvin, grandson Jakub Lavalais, brother Albert Rasberry Jr, sisters Carolyn Rasberry and Jan Johnson. Her in-laws Hezzie Roquemore. Herman Smith, Lois Jones Rasberry, Margaret Clayton, Shute Arlean

Charles, and special nephew Harold Smith. Pat accepted Christ at a young age she was a active member of New Hope Baptist Church in Vernon Texas until she moved to Dallas in 1987. She joined Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in 2001 where she was a faithful server until she passed away. Pat attended Vernon Regional Junior College where she completed the course for LVN and Data Processing. In 2006, she received Associate Degree in Liberal Art from Mountain View college. Pat retired from Parkland Hospital after 20 years of working as a unit secretary in NICU. Pat never met a stranger and she loved working in her yard and gardening but most importantly she loved her family and friends. Left to cherish her precious memories are her husband of the home Willie R Kemp and her four children Kimberly Holman (Larry) Broderick Wilson (Hermanna), Willard T Wilson (Yolanda) and Andre Wilson. Her sisters Barbara Roquemore, Anna Smith, Jean McGee and Janice Favors and brothers Frank Rasberry, Jerome Rasberry Sr. (Olevia), Calvin Raspberry Sr. (Lenora), her in laws mother-in-law Ms. Betty Degrete, sister-in-law’s Alice Cumby (Howard), Betty Currington, Kathy Foster (David) and Gloria Johnson, Her brother-in law’s Jeffery Kemp (Pat) and James Kemp (Annette), her special niece Tiffany Smith, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends and her lifelong posse Gloria Williams, Diane Lee, Phyllis Williams, Mary Brown, Ruthie Gillon, Julia Blackshire, Terri Ricks, and Margaret Moore.
