L IFE R EFLECTIONS R OBERT L EE A NTHONY was born December 9, 1941 in Prescott, Arkansas to his mother, Hazel L. Anthony. He is a graduate of McRae High School in Prescott, Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and received a BA in Music Education. His teaching career began in the state of Louisiana. He also taught in Lewisville, AR as a Band Director. He ended his career as a Band Director in the Dallas Independent School District after 31 years. He is survived by his wife, Essie Anthony; daughter, Lynn Anthony (Andrew); grandchildren, Pete Anthony (Megan), Charnell Anthony and Shanice Anthony (Shabron); great grandchildren, Malak, Hayden, Lyrique, Jae Kyrian, Amari and A’Janae. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
