Tessie Lee Brown, age 83, was called home to rest in God’s loving arms on November 8, 2023. Tessie was born in Emerson, Arkansas on August 21, 1940 to James and Eddie Ree Stroman. She moved from Arkansas to Texas where she spent the remainder of her life doing what she loved most, serving as a dedicated homemaker. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jesse Lee Brown, parents James and Eddie Ree Stroman, and her son Vada Pinson Brown. She leaves to cherish her memory: 3 sons, Johnny Brown of Haynesville, LA, William Brown (Shebra) of Desoto, TX, Jesse Brown (Stephanie) of Balch Springs, TX, 11 grand children, 18 great grand children, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Additionally, she leaves a special family of over 40 years, Denny & B.R. Holman, Bren (Greg) Jones and Brooke (John) West.
