We had so many memories, we did so many things together. Talked 4 to 5 times a day not calling you everyday is going to be a struggle. Your love I will carry with me each passing day. Tony was a classic man, well groomed and always wanted to be in the spot light. He was always giving. If he knew you were in need, he would always lend a helping hand. Tony was very spoiled and like things to go his way. Tony loved his family no matter what the situation was he would always have your back. Tony ran for Texas Governor, Dallas County Commissioner and Mayor. Tony also loved to cook and invite many. Tony had a restaurant called Teal’s Ribs and Soul Food. He had his own cooking show. Tony had a saying when he would cook “buy the ribs and get the bones free.” Tony departed this earthly life on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Charlton Methodist Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara Boyce Teal and Cecil Jones; one sister, Jean Elizabeth Teal; two brothers, Carl Teal and Charles Boyce. Tony Curtis Teal leaves to cherish his ride or die, Jacqueline Bryant; sister, Beatrice Teal (Charles), John Teal (Beverly); brother, Robert Teal; close friends, Dr. Shade, Dr. Adolphus Lewis, Dr. Spicer, Dr. J. Gates, Ed Shade, Darryl Blair, C. W. Walton, C. W. Whitaker, Dr. Atlin, Pastor A. P. Armstrong, Pastor Larry Johnson, Dr. P. Tears are for the sad I left to be with Jesus

and that should make you glad. Don’t waste your time in grieving, No need to fell distress, I’m tired of life’s frustrations an had to get some rest. Don’t fix your self with questions or try to reason why, Life for me had ended, it came my time to die. Don’t lost the lose I gave you Feed it with your care. Grow it with devotion and spread it everywhere. Don’t fret because my leaving Came in such way, we will have another meet on God’s eternal day.
