Victor Wheaton

Victor Ray Wheaton was born January 12, 1958 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of James and Lissie Wheaton. He was a longtime School Bus Driver for the Dallas Independent School District. He was a loving father, grandfather, spouse, brother, uncle, and friend.

Victor lived his life boldly, and unapologetically, but yet so real and rare. He had a big personality, but an even bigger heart. He was such a big teddy bear. He would make you mad, and then turn around and make you laugh at the same time. To know him was to love him. Victor was preceded in death by: his mother, Lissie Wheaton; father, James Wheaton; brothers, Walter Davis, Robert Richardson, Kenneth Wheaton, James Wheaton Jr.; and his wife, Margaret Ross Wheaton. Victor leaves to cherish his memories: his son, Willie Ray Ross (Yolanda); daughters, Victoria Wheaton Dews (Matthew), Commanechea (Vodney), Nina Anderson (Anthony); sister, Betty Jean Woods; brother, Charles Wheaton (Deborah); long-time spouse, Tanya Franklin; grandchildren, Willie Wilson, Willie Ross Jr., Wilanda Ross, Wisdom Ross, TreVeon, KevVeon, Ryan Jr., Tranell, Anthony Jr., Ryion, and Isaiah; great grandchildren; Brooklyn, and Naomi Ross, TrevVeon Jr., Talani, K.J., and LaHarmony; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunt, and friends.
