Zena Elizabeth Mangram was born on June 29th , 1964 in Dallas, Texas to David Mangram Sr. and Johnnie Mangram. Zena was the second oldest of four children born to this union;two siblings preceded her in death. Zena attended Westchester Junior High and Westchester Senior High School in Houston, Texas. Zena was also a cosmetology student in high school. Zena believed that it was never too late to go back to school and later received her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Degree from Devry University in 2011. Two sons were born, Anthony Wayne Mangram and Michael Christopher Mangram. Zena, a versatile and dynamic individual, embraced a diverse array of roles across numerous industries throughout her lifetime. With a spirit of curiosity and adaptability, she navigated through different workforces, leaving a lasting impact wherever she went. As we bid farewell to Zena, we hold onto the memories of her laughter, her wisdom, and her boundless love. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Zena, knowing that your legacy of love and compassion will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those you’ve touched. Zena was preceded in death by her father, David Sr., her brother David Jr, and her sister Belinda. Zena leaves to cherish in her memories: her sons, Anthony and Michael; mother, Johnnie; sister, Yvette (Heath); grandchildren, Anthony II and Christopher; nieces, Alexia and Heather. Her nephews, Emil III and Heath II; and a host of cousins, family and friends. T O M Y D EAREST S ONS , As I bid farewell to this world, I want you to know that you were the greatest blessings of my life. From the moment you came into my world, you filled it with boundless love, joy, and purpose. Your strength, resilience, and compassion fill my heart with boundless joy. Despite life's inevitable challenges, you've faced them with courage and grace, embodying the values I hold dear. Carry my love in your hearts, draw strength from our bond, and let the lessons of our shared experiences guide you through life's twists and turns. Know that I will be watching over you, cheering you on from above, and loving you every step of the way. Embrace each day with the same zest for life and unwavering determination that defined my own journey. Take care of each other, my beloved sons. Treasure the bond you share as brothers, for it is a bond that will sustain you through life's trials and triumphs. And know that even though I may no longer be by your side, my love for you will endure for all eternity. As you navigate the path ahead, may you find comfort in the love we shared, strength in the memories we created, and solace in the knowledge that I will always be with you in spirit.
