Chester Smith was born January 5, 1920 in Georgetown, TX, to Ardisi Robinson and Jim Smith. He was the father to nine children: sons; Chester Smith, Jr., Carl Joe Smith, Preston Mullin, Sr. , Prentiss Mullins, Sr., Kenniss Mullins, four daughters; Selina Breedlove, Briggett Davis, Jacquline Davis and Stacy Jones, thirty - six, grandkids, Chester Smith, Jr., Carl Joe Smith and the love of his life, Johnnie Fern Mullins. He worked for Frigi King, the first A/C company in Dallas. He also worked for TX DOT and Dallas Housing Authority. He was loved by everyone who knew him .
