OF PASTOR VICTOR S. SMITH Pastor Victor S. Smith—lovingly known by many as Prophet Victor S. Smith—is a man of deep conviction, unwavering faith, and a lifelong commitment to the work of the Lord. With a ministry marked by power, humility, and purpose, Pastor Smith has dedicated his life to serving both God and His people with passion and integrity. His journey of faith began at the tender age of six in 1972, when he was saved during a revival led by the late Evangelist S.E. Mitchell. Years later, in 1985, under the spiritual mentorship of Superintendent J.L. Malone at the True Church of God in Christ (Ontario, California), he accepted the call to ministry. Pastor Smith received his ministerial license in 1986 and was ordained in 1989 by the esteemed Bishop Charles Edward Blake Sr., now the Presiding Bishop Emeritus of the Church of God in Christ worldwide. Pastor Smith is a gifted thinker and a devoted student of the Word. His ability to rightly divide the Scriptures reflects a deep spiritual insight and prophetic clarity that have blessed countless lives. He ministers holistically— body, soul, and spirit—walking in alignment with I Corinthians 15:46: “first the natural, then the spiritual.” A visionary by nature, Pastor Smith founded Four Winds Outreach Ministry and the Spirit of Dominion Breakthrough radio broadcast, which aired in multiple cities across the United States. During the global pandemic, he launched Spiritual Pieces, a weekly online ministry that continues to edify and inspire believers worldwide. Throughout his ministry, Pastor Smith has faithfully served in various leadership roles—including Youth Pastor, State Evangelist, State Secretary, Episcopal Adjutant, and Administrative Assistant to the Bishop. His servant’s heart and “Here am I, send me” spirit have led him to pastor five churches over the course of his calling. Currently, Pastor Smith serves as the Senior Pastor of First Bethel Temple Church of God in Christ in Tyler, Texas, and as Superintendent of the Greater Tyler District. He also holds the distinguished office of Chief Adjutant for the Texas East Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. Marked by a prophetic anointing, Pastor Smith has completed a 40-day and 40-night absolute fast, an experience that has deepened his spiritual insight and sharpened his prophetic gift. His ministry continues to transform lives across the country, with many testifying to the accuracy and impact of his prophetic word. Yet, among all his accomplishments, Pastor Smith finds his greatest joy in his family. He and his beloved wife, Evangelist Tamera Smith, are the proud parents of four university graduates. Together, they serve as a dynamic ministry team—united in love, purpose, and a shared devotion to advancing the Kingdom of God. Pastor Victor S. Smith is not only a leader—he is a man after God’s own heart, wholly committed to living out the Gospel and empowering others to walk in their divine destiny.
