FÙÊà Dƒ— LiƩle Dave, when you were born, I was a proud father. I loved you more than my heart could hold. I loved watching you grow into a young man, excelling in academics, football, basketball, track and field, playing in the band and graduaƟng high school. I was so inspired when you chose to pursue your dreams of track n field at the University of Texas at Arlington and serving as a medical technician in the Air Force Reserves. You were a hard worker and had a 15 - year career with your family at FedEx. I am blessed to know that you were a man who impacted so many people’s lives in a posiƟve way. I am very proud to be your father and will love you unƟl the end of Ɵme. FÙÊà MÊà LiƩle Dave, from the day you were born, it was you and me against the world. When you were a toddler and we would sleep together at night, you would wrap your arms around my shoulders as if you were protecƟng me. Now half of me is gone. Please visit me in my sleep so that I can conƟnue on.
