CHANGE OF ADDRESS To my Sons, family and friends, I want to let you know that I've moved. I received a call from God, who informed me
that my new house was Ready and that I am to move immediately. With my new home being finished and it's a beautiful sight to behold.
Fred Earl Gillins was born June 3 in the summer of 1944 in Louisiana. Fred moved to Texas in 1966 and made Dallas his new home. Fred was a dedicated father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all whom knew him. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Fishing, barbecuing, cooking, playing dominoes, and playing cards of all kinds were among his favorite things to do. If you asked him, he was the domino king. Fred loved him some blues. BB King and Johnnie Taylor were among his favorite artists. He also loved watching sports of all kinds. Although he resided in Dallas, the Mavericks and Cowboys were not Fred ’ s favorite teams.
It is located in an exclusive estate area, and it's behind a beautiful, pearly gate just off a serene celestial shore. Of course the streets are paved with gold and everyday is Sunday here. On this serene street, there is unity, peace, joy and happiness with no pain or fear. I
have to go and get fitted for my wings. But first let me give you my new address: Fred Earl Gillins 0603 Heavenly Circle God Town, Heaven 1944
I don't have a telephone, but call God, his number is listed in the Bible.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents, Sammie and Ella Gillins; siblings; Sammy Gillins Jr. William Gillins, Earnest Gillins, Jerry Gillins, Eloise Gillins, Malvine Ross, Ida Mae Fullwood and Rosie Davis.

The Broken Chain I knew little that morning that God Was going to call your name. In life I loved you dearly, In death I do the same. It broke my heart to lose you, You did not go alone; For part of me went with you, The day God called you home. You left me peaceful memories, Your love is still my guide; And though I can not see you, You are always at my side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same; But as God calls us one by one, THE CHAIN will link again.
