Orenton “ Randolph ” Evans was born to the late Claudia Mae Evans and the late Roosevelt Dupas Sr. in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 10, 1959. He met his soulmate Cheryl Evans and to this union seven step children came along and one child he raised as his own, Faith Soto. He attended Lake Providence High School. "Randolph", as he was called by family and friends, enjoyed working on vehicles, checking on family and friends and spending time with his children, grand children and his wife. Randolph lived by his motto, "If I can help somebody along the way then my living will not be in vain".
